Dainty Damselfly Coenagrion scitulum is a blue damselfly of the family Coenagrionidae.
This is a scarce species found mainly in southern Europe, northern Africa and southwest Asia.
The species was formerly recorded as a breeding species in Britain and became locally extinct in the North Sea flood of 1953.[1] It was rediscovered in Kent in 2010.[1][2]
